Guna menimba pengalaman yang lebih banyak untuk memajukan pendidikan di Ngada, yayasan Pendidikan Citra Masyarakat Mandiri (YAPENTRI) mengadakan kunjungan ke yayasan Yohanes Gariel perwakilan 1 Surabaya.
Sebanyak 5 orang pejabat Yapentri yang terdiri dari Ketua Yayasan, Sekretaris, Bendahara, Divisi Pendidikan Perencanaan dan pengembangan serta divisi SDM dan Kerjasama ikut serta dalam studi banding tersebut.
Rombongan diterima oleh Ketua Pelaksana YYB perwakilan satu yang dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi untuk bertukar pikiran dalam berbagi pengalaman untuk meningkatkan tata kelola, mutu, relevansi, daya saing dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan sekolah mulai dari PAUD, SD, SMP dan SMA.
